Thanks for reminding us to focus on questioning the real purpose of the articles we are writing before we write a single word. Answering a question is a whole lot easier than thinking up and outlining the format of a new article. I am going to put your idea to the test today and see if asking the question first simplifies the creativity flow.
For the vast majority of the articles I write, it’s to inspire my customers to click on my sales offer… it’s that simple.
Glad to see someone else understands, the job of article is to pre-sell a customer. So when he gets to the sale page he doesn’t have to think about clicking the “buy” button. He is actually looking for that “buy” button.
What a great reply!

Damn! I’m going to post these words right in front of that “spot on the wall” where I tend to stare for “inspiration”.
THANKS!

How do you write to inspire your readers? Are pitching hard? Soft? Are TELLING them what to do after reading your article?
